Maniacs are great!

So I'm playing at a 0.5/1 NL full table. Maniac is raising every single hand and has gone all in with 7 3 off suit.  MP normally isn't so bad, but Maniac is throwing off his game and he is making stupid moves. EP is a fish. This hand will explain all of this. I'm pretty lucky I won the hand because the Maniac's 6  8 actually had the same odds to win as my A K due to what the other two players were holding.
